When will I receive my package?

You start receiving updates on your order immediately after making the purchase. Use the Order ID or Tracking Number to constantly track your order for the latest status.

I haven't received my order. What should I do?

Please, check the email you received after placing your order. It should contain information about the status of your order and the expected delivery date. 

You can also use the Order ID or Tracking Number to check the current status of your order.

What if I received my order after getting a refund.
  1. Alert us immediately the package/order reaches you.
  2. Keep the product in its original packaging along with all documents. 
  3. You may decide to pay for the order and keep it.
  4. Should you decide not to pay for the order; arrangements will me made to retrieve the package immediately.
What if my package is being held by local authorities?

Your package may be subjected to either routine security checks by local security officers, or by customs officers at various check-points along the delivery route. Reach out to our Support Team for guidance in resolving any issue that may relate to seizure of your package. Remember it is the duty of Senders and Receivers to bear consequences that relate to the content of packages.
